Friday Night Fights

I went to cover a night of boxing at the Isleta Casino Friday night and it’s an event I love to cover but when the boxers get cut up and blood starts raining on you, that’s when I get nervous. As soon as the fighters get close to my corner I bring down my sunglasses [...]

Tour of the Gila 2010 – Images by Roberto Rosales When I was a teenager living in Maryland I remember driving to Harrisburg Pennsylvania to see Greg Lemond race in the Tour of Dupont. A win is a win.

A win is a win.

The Lobos were suppose to destroy Air Force at Pit yesterday but found themselves trailing by a couple of points  with a few seconds left to play.  The refs were not giving Steve Alford’s team any love with many calls that described as absurd. Mercy

Mercy

The game between Raton and Pojoaque resembled the aerial attack on London in WWII.  Bombs away!  Raton’s Justin Silva seen here on the right, falls into the endzone for a score which I believe gave the Elks a 36 point lead at halftime.
